Questa è la casa dove nella bella stagione, sotto il portico, risuonano risa e canzoni gridate,
o nelle calde giornate si rimane a crogiolarsi al sole a bordo piscina con un buon libro a far compagnia,
oppure ci si ritrova improvvisamente coinvolti in una agguerrita battaglia all'intramontabile calcetto all'ombra del portico,
mentre qualcuno nel prato tira due calci al pallone cercando di mandarlo in rete!
Quante storie e racconti potrei farvi scoprire di queste spesse mura di pietra che in ogni ambiente sanno conservare il calore nelle fredde giornate invernali
ed allo stesso tempo la gradevole frescura anche nelle giornate estive più calde.

La casa libera su tre lati è attorniata da uno splendido giardino e tutto intorno una sana e rigogliosa siepe sa garantire tutta la privacy che desiderate,
lungo il giardino troviamo la bella piscina privata con l'angolo solarium, oltre a tutto il prato verde.
Oltre il giardino troviamo un capiente capanno per gli attrezzi, le biciclette ed il riparo per l'auto.
La casa gode inoltre di un ampio portico, che oltre a riparare nelle giornate uggiose,
permette dalla primavera all'autunno di pranzare e cenare all'aperto, magari in compagnia di un bel gruppo di amici!
All'ingresso ci accoglie subito l'ampia zona giorno con tutta l'area cucina in pietra e marmo,
ed alle spalle il grande e maestoso camino che pregusta ad invitanti grigliate o a delle belle castagnate autunnali;
nel disimpegno della zona giorno troviamo un primo bagno con la zona lavanderia e l'elegante scala di legno che ci porta al piano superiore.
Al primo piano la zona living e relax ci stupisce per la sua grande luminosità e praticità,
data dalla bella porta finestra che si affaccia sulla grande terrazza che guarda il giardino e la piscina.
All'interno l'ambiente è stato pensato proprio come un luogo di svago dove radunarsi sull'ampio divano
per divertenti partite di video giochi davanti al grande schermo o per guardare un bel film.
Alle spalle di questo bell'ambiente c'è una prima camera da letto doppia con il suo balcone privato ed un comodo bagno finestrato con la doccia.
Salendo ancora le scale arriviamo all'altra zona notte dove troviamo la camera padronale
con una invidiabile stanza finestrata adibita a cabina armadio ed un'altra camera da letto singola.
Entrambe le camere - come per la camera doppia del primo piano - hanno il loro balcone privato che gode di un'incantevole vista
sul maestoso e rigoglioso albero di Ginkgo Biloba che dona armonia e serenità in tutte le stanze.
Infine il grande bagno sempre finestrato con doppio lavandino, doccia e vasca idromassaggio.

The free house on three sides is surrounded by a splendid garden and all around a healthy and lush hedge can guarantee all the privacy you want,
along the garden we find the beautiful private swimming pool with a solarium corner, as well as all the green lawn.
Beyond the garden we find a large shed for tools, bicycles and a shelter for the car.
The house also has a large porch, which in addition to repairing in the dull days,
allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors from spring to autumn, perhaps in the company of a nice group of friends!
At the entrance we are immediately welcomed by the large living area with the entire kitchen area in stone and marble,
and behind the large and majestic fireplace that looks forward to inviting barbecues or beautiful autumn chestnuts;
in the hallway of the living area we find a first bathroom with the laundry area and the elegant wooden staircase that takes us to the upper floor.
On the first floor the living and relaxation area amazes us with its great brightness and practicality,
given by the beautiful French window overlooking the large terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Inside, the environment has been thought of as a place for recreation where you can gather on the large sofa
for fun games of video games in front of the big screen or to watch a good movie.

Climbing the stairs again we arrive at the other sleeping area where we find the master bedrooms
with an enviable windowed room used as a walk-in closet and another single bedroom.

on the majestic and luxuriant Ginkgo Biloba tree that gives harmony and serenity to all the rooms.

Das freistehende Haus ist auf drei Seiten von einem herrlichen Garten umgeben und rundherum kann eine gesunde und üppige Hecke all die Privatsphäre garantieren, die Sie sich wünschen,
Entlang des Gartens finden wir den schönen privaten Swimmingpool mit einer Solariumecke sowie den ganzen grünen Rasen.
Hinter dem Garten finden wir einen großen Schuppen für Werkzeuge, Fahrräder und einen Unterstand für das Auto.
Das Haus hat auch eine große Veranda, die zusätzlich zur Reparatur in den trüben Tagen,
ermöglicht es Ihnen, von Frühling bis Herbst im Freien zu Mittag und zu Abend zu essen, vielleicht in Gesellschaft einer netten Gruppe von Freunden!
Am Eingang begrüßt uns sofort der große Wohnbereich mit dem gesamten Küchenbereich in Stein und Marmor,
und hinter dem großen und majestätischen Kamin, der sich auf einladende Grillabende oder schöne Herbstkastanien freut;
Im Flur des Wohnbereichs finden wir ein erstes Badezimmer mit Waschküche und die elegante Holztreppe, die uns ins Obergeschoss führt.
Im ersten Stock überrascht uns der Wohn- und Ruhebereich mit großer Helligkeit und Praktikabilität,
gegeben durch das schöne französische Fenster mit Blick auf die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und den Swimmingpool.
Im Inneren ist die Umgebung als Ort der Erholung gedacht, an dem Sie sich auf dem großen Sofa versammeln können
für lustige Spiele oder Videospiele vor der großen Leinwand oder um einen guten Film zu sehen.
Hinter dieser schönen Umgebung befindet sich ein erstes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Balkon und ein komfortables Badezimmer mit Fenster und Dusche.
Wenn wir die Treppe wieder hinaufsteigen, erreichen wir den anderen Schlafbereich, wo sich die Hauptschlafzimmer befinden
mit einem beneidenswerten Raum mit Fenstern, der als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt wird, und einem weiteren Einzelzimmer.
Beide Schlafzimmer - wie auch das Doppelzimmer im ersten Stock - verfügen über einen eigenen Balkon mit bezaubernder Aussicht
auf dem majestätischen und üppigen Ginkgo-Biloba-Baum, der allen Räumen Harmonie und Gelassenheit verleiht.
Schließlich das große Badezimmer immer mit Fenster mit Doppelwaschbecken, Dusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne.
